Product research and development :

 

In today’s high-speed changing world we realize that our customers are always ahead of their competition. Our foresight and past experiences have enabled us to give maximum importance to our research and development . A team with experienced and talented designers constantly striving to give our customers new fabrications in terms of both fabrics and styling of garments before every season.

 

We have an independent fully equipped sampling department with skilled sample makers to develop different kinds of samples round the year to meet diversified needs of our customers. The facility has a capacity to produce 1500 pcs samples per month.

 

Production :

 

The production team is comprised of a bunch of skilled and efficient worker with their prolonged and comprehensive experience on garments manufacturing and production as well. The production is being supervised , guided by a number of line leader , production leader, swing technicians and few other personals exist even at top tare of management. The versatile attribute has enriched the efficiency of Vertex production team in compliance with buyer’s test and desire.    

 

Merchandizing:

 

The merchandizing division concentrates closely to source fabrics from our regular and reliable team of supplier. They keep themselves awaken to ensure that all the needs of the customers are communicated

in a proper, timely manner to our various personnel in the fabric sourcing and the production team. Our merchandisers endeavor in communication with our esteemed customers to record their instruction and execute in no time.  

 

Quality control and Assurance :

 

 VERTEX  has perfected its quality control System, which includes scrupulous checks, to ensure flawless production. The experienced Quality-Assurance (QA) team extends its operation even into the procurement of raw-materials and machinery.

Vertex’s QA team provides no room for error and can readily assure superior product-quality to its clients. At BASE, client- satisfaction is company-satisfaction.

 

Commercial and shipping :

 

Commercial personals are well conversant with consignee’s eligible documentation need and engage themselves to produce shipping and commercial documents in accordance to the L/C guideline. Their responsibility also covers transportation, customs clearance, stuffing of cargo into containers and loading on planned vessels with utmost punctuality.
