Customs Facility

An equipped and distinctive office for the Assistant Commissioner of Customs is available in our facility and dedicated standby transport have been arranged to ensure the punctual customs attendance at the depot to carry out day to day customs documentations. The office is securely connected with Chittagong Custom House via Asycuda ++ which ensures on line assessment possibility at Vertex  Off-Dock. A group of customs officials headed by an Assistant Commissioner of Customs remain standby to attend C&F agents to expedite the stuffing and delivery process. All the documents for cargo stuffing and de-stuffing are placed just in time at customs desk to complete appraisement and examination of every single shipment or delivery. The transparency and accuracy in submitting documents assist the customs to deliver their decisions as earlier as possible
