Job Description & Responsibility:
1) Collection and maintenance of all employees’ personal files with adequate documents.
2) Monthly salary sheet, OT, Trip Allowance, Fuel Supply and consumption etc. statement preparation.
3) Monitoring Daily depot & Head office attendance statement.
4) Prepare administrative letter, circular, meeting minutes, appointment & termination latter etc.
5) Communicate with vendors/ suppliers for competitive purchase in terms of price and quality.
6) Vehicle registration renewal schedule coordination with BRTA.
7) Recruitment & Issuance of proximity ID card preparation and implementation.
8) Follow compliance instructions according to ISO, GSV and ISPS Code.
9) Local labor law and regulation study and exercise.
10) Maintain employee’s database and canteen management system.
11) Liaison with different Govt., non-government, law enforcing agencies & local authorities.
12) Any other responsibility assigned by the management.
1) Ability to work and coordinate with higher Management.
2) Computer skills on HR software, word processing, spreadsheet, database, Internet applications.
3) Good writing and oral Communication skills particularly in Bangla and English.
4) Problem diagnosis and solving ability in technical aspects of financial issues and administrative issues.
5) Good communication and interpersonal skill and ability to work in a team.
6) Conversant skill on collection & preparation of reports relating HR management like attendance sheet/OT & Holiday Sheet/ Salary sheet etc.
7) Proven Experience in management report preparation & sending, staff personal files recording .
