VOLSL ensures that both staff and management are provided with the training, resources and facilities that are required to achieve these objectives.The following Trainings would be imparted:                                                                                                       

  •          QMS Training: Understanding of Company’s QMS: All employees- twice a year
  •          Health & Safety Training: Selected employees- within May every year.
  •          Specialized Training: Internal Audit: Selected personnel by May every year.
