26 units toilet in proportion to number of workers.
Separate dining room with dining furniture for launch and Tiffin for 30% of the work force.
Canteen for having light Tiffin with all canteen amenities and fixtures
Individual medical help care with full time doctor and nurse attendance.
Adequate number of industrial exhaust fan for cooling and ventilation of the floor.
Adequate number of ceiling fan for day time cooling at floor.
Full times Standby power backed by 275 kva generator installed at isolated noise free power room.
Decorative and durable floor tiles at entire factory premises to load and upload of the cargos.
Approved number of fire fighting equipments like addressable fire detection system, fire door,extinguisher, fire alarm, hose pipe etc is available in accordance with direction given by licensing authority.
Workers well fare terms exists in worker recruitment policy and are complied religiously.
Worker salaries are set in compliance with prevailing market pay role that complies with current government guideline.
Work time counts 6 days in a week and 8 hours followed by 2 hours overtime (if necessary) each work day.
Workers and officers check in and out times are recorded by time attendance and access control system backed by HR & pay roll software.
