Scope of Services
- Un-loading cargo from truck or covered van as per packing list, Commercial Invoice and store the same in CFS as per SOP.
- Survey & Tally are maintained and photograph of defective or double taped cartons are taken.
- After receipt of goods, the Report is generated and sent to the clients.
- Thereafter Empty container is placed at the RAMP of CFS; 7 points are checked & swept prior to re-use and photograph are taken as a proof of fitness.
- The goods is stuffed into containers with efficient group of labours as per the CLP (Container Load Plan) & sealed.
- Photograph are taken at different phases & recorded as a proof of proper loading and sealing.
- After sealing, the export laden containers are Lifted-off from the RAMP and store in the export slot.
- After necessary customs formalities, the documents are submitted to the clients.
- Transport the export laden container to Port Terminal or at vessel's hook point as per the Instruction of shipping lines and the movement is track with the GPRS system.
- Providing warehouse accommodation and ancillary facilities for storage, preservation, pre-carting and consolidation of cargo.
- Arrangement of customs formalities or presence of customs officials and their escorting if requires.
